TRADING TERMS & CONDITIONS
These Trading Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all transactions between FZ Consultancy Services Ltd and its clients, customers, and business partners (“you,” “your”). By engaging with our services, purchasing products, or entering into any contractual agreement with us, you agree to abide by these terms.
1. DEFINITIONS
Company: Refers to FZ Consultancy Services Ltd.
Client: Any individual, business, or entity engaging with our services.
Services: The consulting, advisory, or other business-related services we provide.
Agreement: Any contract, purchase order, or arrangement entered into between the company and the client.
2. GENERAL TERMS
These terms apply to all services and transactions unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Any additional or conflicting terms proposed by the client are not binding unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.
We reserve the right to amend these terms at any time. Updates will be published on our website.
3. SERVICES & DELIVERABLES
We provide business consulting, advisory services, and other professional solutions as agreed upon in the contract.
The scope, timeline, and deliverables will be detailed in a separate contract, invoice, or service agreement.
Any changes to the scope must be agreed upon in writing and may be subject to additional costs.
4. PRICING & PAYMENT TERMS
Prices for services will be specified in the contract, proposal, or invoice.
Payments must be made within the agreed timeframe stated in the invoice.

If payment is not received within the agreed terms, we reserve the right to suspend services until full payment is made.
5. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
Clients may cancel a service by providing a 30-day written notice.

No refunds will be issued for services already rendered.
The Company reserves the right to cancel any agreement due to non-compliance with these terms.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the engagement.
Confidential information shall not be disclosed to any third party without prior written consent.
This obligation remains in effect even after the termination of the agreement.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Any materials, reports, or deliverables created during the engagement remain the intellectual property of FZ Consultancy Services Ltd unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Clients are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the deliverables for their business purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of any intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
8. LIABILITY & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our total liability in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service.
We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our consulting services.
9. FORCE MAJEURE
We shall not be held liable for delays or failures in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or unforeseen technical failures.
10. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ notice if the other party breaches any material term.
In the event of termination, all outstanding payments must be settled within 30 days.
11. GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the UK.
Any disputes shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be settled through arbitration or Litigation in the jurisdiction of the UK.
